Over the past year, I’ve had dozens of conversations with developers, architects, managers, even CTOs who are grasping for a coherent AI strategy. Sure, the technology seems powerful, but then why are so many AI-driven projects faltering?
One thing that I’ve realized is that it never works to just sprinkle AI on a project and expect everything else to work. AI code generation, for example, exerts different pressures on the team, on the software design, and even on the customer satisfaction.
